Most of the goods in our offer are in stock. This product is usually dispatched immediately after receiving your order. If the products are not on stock we contact the customer and arrange delivery date individually. Products sent by courier (IN TIME or Geis if cargo delivery) is delivered at working days, however, the exact choice of hours of delivery is unfortunately not possible. We ship goods to all EU countries. If you are interested in sending the goods to another country, do not hesitate to contact us.

You can pick up the ordered goods, which are in stock, directly at our branch.
In case of payment by bank transfer, please wait for the advance invoice from us. The goods will then be sent to you after receiving the payment on our bank account.
Ability to pay invoices quickly and easily by scanning a QR code with your mobile application. QR code will be found on the advance invoice that will be sent to your contact email or given directly at our branch (when personal pickup is used). One touch is thus possible to pay invoices instead of entering a lengthy commands to internet banking or payment at the post office. For this payment method, it is important to have your mobile phone equipped with the application for reading QR codes. In case of payment by QR code products are dispatched only after receiving the payment on our bank account.
You can pay for your order in cash by visiting us at our branch at Ivanka pri Nitre, Slovakia during opening hours Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. In urgent cases, after 4:00 PM and during vacant days it is possible to arrange a dispatching of products via calling: +421 903 722 585.
